Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dried parsley
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp White sugar
  • 1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp Dried basil
  • ½ tsp Chili flake
  • ¼ tsp Dried Thyme
  • ¼ tsp Celery seed
  • ¼ tsp Dried marjoram

Instructions
 

Make the dry mix

  • Combined dry ingredients into an air tight container. This recipe yields enough to make 3-4 batches of salad dressing.

To make a salad dressing

  • Combine together 2/3 cup canola oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2 tablespoons and 2 tablespoons dry Italian dressing mix in a salad dressing jar or alternately a mason jar and shake vigorously. This yields just under a cup of prepared dressing.
